These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services on CustomNeon.in. By placing an order through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not place an order.

1. Custom Products & Final Sale

CustomNeon.in manufactures custom-made neon signs based on the specifications provided by each customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• The product is custom manufactured and not a standard stocked item.
• All sales are final once production begins.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after production has started.
• Custom goods are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind, sizing preferences, colour choices, or subjective dissatisfaction.

2. Online Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation

All orders placed on CustomNeon.in are considered online orders and are processed electronically.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. A binding contract is formed once CustomNeon.in accepts the order and issues an order confirmation.

Orders require:

• Payment in full prior to production
• Design approval only where required, based on the nature of the order

Orders enter production based on the details submitted at checkout and any subsequent design communication.

All digital records, approvals (where applicable), confirmations, messages, and checkout data are considered final and binding, in accordance with the Checkout Acceptance Clause agreed to at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is displayed at checkout and excludes applicable taxes, customs duties, shipping charges, or government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You acknowledge that:

• Payment is collected at the time of order placement
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website
• CustomNeon.in reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to production

4. Production & Fulfilment

All products are manufactured in-house following order confirmation.

Fulfilment timeline:

• Orders are typically completed and released for shipment within 4–5 business days after payment and any required design confirmation.
• Production and delivery timelines are estimates only. CustomNeon.in is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or external disruptions.

5. Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

Delivery of the package constitutes acceptance of shipment.

Customers are required to:

• Accept delivery at the shipping address provided
• Inspect the package and product immediately upon delivery
• Open and examine the sign within 24 hours

Failure to inspect and report issues within this time frame constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered in good condition and waives eligibility for claims.

6. Breakage or Damage on Arrival

Neon signs are inherently fragile.

To report shipping damage:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic or video evidence
• Retain original packaging for verification

Evidence is required so we can verify the issue, determine responsibility, and coordinate with logistics and quality teams to provide an appropriate solution.

If the customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the shipment, or the package is returned due to non-acceptance, the order will be treated as delivered and accepted, with no entitlement to refund or replacement.

7. Warranty

All products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and electrical defects under normal usage conditions.

Warranty remedies are solution-based, not refund-based, and may include:

• Repair
• Replacement parts
• Product replacement
• Technical guidance

If an issue is caused by installation errors, handling, power supply issues, or external factors, we may still assist through paid repair support or guidance toward local repair options.

The warranty does not provide any right to a refund or return.

8. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage from drops, impact, or mishandling
• Incorrect power sources, voltage fluctuations, or tampering
• Water or weather exposure on non-outdoor-rated signs
• Normal wear, ageing, or cosmetic changes

9. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

• The customer is the importer of record
• All customs duties, VAT, GST, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer
• Refusal of delivery due to customs charges or import issues does not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier. CustomNeon.in is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after carrier handover, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal of delivery
• Failure to pay customs or government charges

…the order will be treated as delivered, and the customer will be responsible for any reshipment, storage, or handling costs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CustomNeon.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product
• Claims related to lost profits, business interruption, or secondary losses are expressly waived.

13. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

You represent that any artwork, logo, text, or design submitted does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold CustomNeon.in harmless from any claims arising out of alleged infringement related to customer-provided content.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

15. Amendments

CustomNeon.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
